All our deliveries are sent either by DPD courier service, Collect Plus or Royal Mail depending on your location. To track your order you can enter your tracking number into the 'track parcel' field at http://www.collectplus.co.uk. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
Some deliveries will require a signature.
We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery. Therefore we offer you the option to provide an alternative delivery address other than your registered card address. This option is available during the check out.
Please note if you are not available to sign for the parcel at the given delivery address and it is subsequently returned to us you will be liable for any redelivery charges.
Please note our processing and shipping times are subject to change during busy periods and UK bank holidays. Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to PO Box, Self Storage or BFPO addresses.
UK Shipping (2-5 Working Days)
UK Mainland - £4.99 per parcel (Free UK Mainland Delivery for orders over £100 - excluding sale items).
Non mainland and international shipping will be calculated for you at checkout prior to entering payment. (3-15 working days)

Tax / Import Duty (Non-EU Countries Only)
If ordering for delivery outside of the European Union, you are responsible for paying any tax or import duty costs incurred when the goods enter your country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering, to confirm if any additional charges may be applicable.
If you (or the recipient) refuse to accept the delivery, fail to pay import fees or attempt to return your order to avoid paying any fees or tax - your shipping charge will not be returned to you.
You will also be responsible for any charges resulting in your refusal or failure to pay import fees - such as the costs for shipping and handling back to ourselves or any other fees resulting in your failure to pay the import duty.
The following returns procedure and policy is only relevant to transactions and purchases made online. It does not apply to transactions made in any of our stores.
You can return your item to twistedfabric via post or drop into our Hitchin store within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please complete the returns form included in your parcel if you wish to return your item(s) to twistedfabric for refund or exchange via post. If you have lost your returns form, you can download a copy of it via the link above. Please make sure returned items are unworn and in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

7 The Arcade
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service. Please specify whether you require a refund or exchange. International parcels must be clearly marked as 'Returned Goods' in order to avoid customs charges.
Please allow 5 working days for your return/exchange to be processed.
Please note that returning unsuitable goods is at your own expense, however if you are returning a product because of an error or fault on our part, twisted online will be happy to refund all costs associated in returning the item.
RETURNING TO OUR STORE
twistedfabric online transactions and purchases can be returned to our Hitchin store for an exchange or store credit only. You do not need to complete the returns form but will need a copy of your Invoice as proof of purchase. Please note that refunds are not given in-store for unsuitable purchases made online. For refunds, please follow the 'RETURNING VIA POST' instructions above.
